J. P. Paliwal is the Managing Director of Right Fit Consulting LLP. An engineering graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bombay University, he brings over 37 years of rich industrial experience, including 27 years with Aditya Birla Group where he retired as Joint Executive President, following key roles with the Tata Group.
He directed greenfield cement plant execution, headed procurement and captive port construction for the world's largest single-location copper smelter, and managed global copper concentrate sourcing. Founder and past Chairman of the Asian Copper Club, he received the Exceptional Contributory Award in 2003 from Group Chairman Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla.

Vilas Katke holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with Electronic Instrumentation from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning (PGDB). He served over 26 years in senior management at Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group) and UltraTech Cement.
He led detailed electrical, instrumentation, and overall project management for major cement installations. As head of projects for Ready Mix Concrete and building materials, he successfully set up nearly 60 plants under the Birla and UltraTech brands, building a business generating over Rs 1,000 crores in turnover. He also worked for identification of lime stone deposits, sea route logistics, lands and their economics.
